The Jarrett Brand

Project Story

The Jarrett brand was created with a clear vision to inspire transformation across communities, businesses, and media. It all began with Pearl Jarrett’s personal journey, overcoming cancer and dedicating her life to giving others a second chance. The brand reflects her commitment to making a difference by combining charity, entrepreneurship, media production, and advocacy to create a lasting impact. With multiple arms like the Jarrett Foundation, Veranda, GSPA, and House of Jarrett, the challenge was to craft a cohesive brand identity that encapsulates both the humanitarian and business-driven aspects of the brand while maintaining consistency across its diverse ventures.

The Challenge

The central challenge was aligning all the different aspects of Jarrett’s brand under a unified visual identity. With several key verticals, each having its own focus—charity, business, personal brand, and media production—the goal was to create a brand that resonated deeply with audiences while maintaining a sense of individuality for each segment. Additionally, it was essential to weave Pearl Jarrett’s personal narrative of resilience and transformation into the design, making it a symbol of hope and impact.

The Insight

The inspiration behind the Jarrett Brand identity came from the parallel between Pearl Jarrett’s victory over cancer and the process of a pearl’s formation. It’s a story of how something beautiful and lasting is created from an irritant. Just as Pearl transformed a life-altering experience into a driving force for change, the brand was built on the idea that real transformation often arises from challenges. This concept guided the design, resulting in a brand that embodies strength, resilience, and the power to turn adversity into lasting impact.

The Master Brand

Just as a pearl is formed from an irritant, the dot represents the strength, resilience, and beauty that arise from life’s challenges, which is the essence of the brand.
